ACCROISSEMENT DU NOMBRE DES « END » AU SECRÉTARIAT GÉNÉRAL DU CONSEIL

La FFPE est préoccupée par l’accroissement du nombre des experts nationaux détachés (END) qui sont invités à prendre en charge des fonctions de conception et d’étude au sein du Secrétariat général du Conseil. Elle se soucie aussi des effets que cette évolution pourrait avoir sur les perspectives professionnelles des collègues qui ont été recrutés en tant que fonctionnaires statutaires.

Afin de pouvoir mieux comprendre la portée du problème, la FFPE a adressé le 10 octobre 2002 une lettre au Directeur général de l’Administration, lettre qui, à ce jour, n’a pas encore reçu de réponse.

INCREASE IN THE NUMBERS OF 'DNE' AT THE GENERAL SECRETARIAT OF THE COUNCIL

The FFPE is concerned at the increasing number of national experts on detachment (DNE) engaged in administrative and advisory duties at the General Secretariat of the Council. It is also worried about the effects that this trend could have on the career prospects of those who were recruited as officials under the Staff Regulations.

To ascertain the extent of the problem, the FFPE wrote to the Director-General for Administration (see letter) on 10 October 2002; to date, no reply has been forthcoming.
